The MLA Black Box Culinary Challenge encourages young culinary professionals to work and compete in a team environment to display their skills and talents in a “hands-on” catering situation. For more Information about the competition click here...

and techniques.
These FREE demonstrations will take
place both days of the show at the
center stage area.
The EXPO is your chance to sample some of the best regional craft brews the Mid-Atlantic has to offer.
Get information from local brewers on how you can get their brews on tap in your establishment.
The EXPO Beer Garden is made possible in part by the support of AC Beverage, Inc. and
Roberts Oxygen.
Teams from:
New York City, Philadelphia, Baltimore,
Washington D.C. and Northern Virginia will compete to create the best libations.
A panel of judges will determine the best cocktail in a relay that asks the teams of (4) four to concoct a great cocktail with regional ingredients supplied by EXPO. Teams will compete against each other
for points on taste, originality and presentation.
